general appearance: Renesmee is described often as being very beautiful. She has the facial features of her father, Edward, as well as his unusual bronze hair color. However, she inherited curly hair from her grandfather, Charlie Swan. Her hair is described as ringlets and falls past her shoulders. Her eyes are described as chocolate brown, just like her mother, Bella's, were while she was still human. Bella and Jacob describe her as being the most beautiful person in the world, even though she is so young. Her heart pumps blood, giving her a blush, and her pale skin glows in the sunlight, and doesn’t sparkle like the rest of her family‘s. Her skin is warm and soft to the touch, but it is as strong as a vampire's. Renesmee can survive on either blood or human food, though she prefers blood, and she does not produce venom, which seems to be a trait in female hybrids. Her special abilities are transmitting thoughts to someone by touching their skin and penetrating mental shields, but this is only done through her palms. Renesmee rapidly grows both mentally and physically, able to speak only seven days after her birth, and by the end of Breaking Dawn she can read, run, hunt, and perform other tasks at advanced levels for her young age. Her intelligence stuns everyone.

personality: From a young age, Renesmee was always advanced, both mentally and physically, forming full sentences just days after her birth. She is very loving, which is shown by how she cared, and loved her mother and father, Bella and Edward, before she was even born. Renesmee is very possessive of Jacob, thinking of him as her Jacob, however, she loves Bella the same amount as she loves Jacob.
She is not shy at all and loves being around people. In fact, she is very open to humans and interacts with them normally. She is sweet and has a perception to understand situations very well, even from a young age. Renesmee can also have a strong protective side, which is seen thought her relationship with Jacob. She commonly refers to him as "my Jacob", and is the only one who gets to bite him. Also, she can show a competitive side with Jacob as well. The only way that she will drink animal blood is if her and Jacob compete to see who gets the bigger catch.

history: Renesmee Carlie Cullen was born on September 10, 2006 to Bella and Edward Cullen. Renesmee's name derives from an amalgamation of the names of Bella's mother, Renée, and her mother-in-law, Esme. Her middle name, Carlie, is a portmanteau of Bella's father-in-law, Carlisle, and Charlie, Bella's biological father. She is the only hybrid (half vampire/half human) member of the Olympic Coven. Immeditaly after being born, via c-section, Renesmee bites Bella, and is seen to have sharp, albeit non-venomous, teeth.
Within the first hour she was born, she was imprinted on by Jacob Black. This happens when Jacob goes up to 'destroy the monster' which he had believed to have killed Bella, but when he laid eyes upon Nessie's, which resemble Bella's in her human life, Jacob imprints. Even from that young age. Renesmee becomes very possessive of Jacob, thinking of him as her Jacob (Edward says this is because Jacob tastes better than anyone else).Renesmee soon becomes the key to a truce between the shapeshifters and the vampires - the other shifters can not hurt her because of pack traditions, which prevent harm towards imprinted ones.

While Bella, Jacob, and Renesmee are in the woods hunting together, not only does Bella make up the idea to have her compete with Jacob for the biggest meal, which keeps Renesmee motivated to drink animal blood, they are spotted by Irina, a member of the Denali coven, who is mad at the Cullens for not avenging her mate's death. Irina sees Renesmee and believes she is an "immortal child", a child who had been bitten by a vampire. She informs the Volturi, as immortal children are not permitted to live. Intent on killing Renesmee and all the Cullens, the Volturi travel to Forks. However, the Cullen family members gather witnesses from around the world to prove that Renesmee is not an immortal child. Alice brings another half-breed, Nahuel, who explains that half-breeds pose no danger to the vampires, by using examples like by the time they reach 7, they will be fully grown, and appear 17 for the rest of their existence, and that hybrids are also non-venomous. Convinced that Renesmee is not a threat, the Volturi leave, and Renesmee and her family are left in peace.

College sure wasn't all it was made up to be. Or at least Claire's experience wasn't so far. Although she had a friend, Lizzy, and a good friend she was, Claire had gotten stuck rooming with some girl who, although seemed to be the more self confidant teen ever, had thrown herself out the window within the first week of classes. And then, on top of the suicidal dormmate, some other girl, Gretchen, had recognized her from the homecoming incident two years ago. And not only did she recognize her from the paper, the same girl also witnessed Claire throw herself out her window and pushing her ribs back into place.
And although Claire still had Lizzy to move into her room when the open bed came available, she still felt like this College thing wasn't going to go well, like she was told it would. This feeling was the catalyst for Claire to phone the one person she could count on, her uncle Peter. Numerous times in the past Claire had contacted Peter, and he never seemed to disappoint - even during the homecoming incident, when she was merely the cheerleader, who if saved, the world would be saved.
Of couse, Peter said that he would come to visit, but the only thing was, she didn't know exactly when he would show up. It wasn't like she could get mad at him for not telling a time - she had phoned him mid-night, out of the blue - she could only be thankful that he was dropping his life for a few days to visit.
Instead of sitting on her bed, as Claire had been doing for the past few hours, attempting to read the textbook that lay open on her pillow, as Lizzy played around with her power, Claire had thought that a shower would be a good idea. After telling Lizzy where she was going, Claire grabbed her shower bag, along with a change of clothes - a pair of shorts and a sweater.
Once she had left her room, and started to make her way down the hall, Claire realized that she had forgotten to tell Lizzy that Peter would be stopping by, but what was fifteen minutes, right?
"Hey Claire,"
Claire hurried to her room once knowing this knowledge of this guy being there. Opening the door, Claire hoped she wasn't opening it to Lizzy and some unknown guy going at it, even if there was no sock on the door. "Lizzy..." She said, letting her presence be known if that was what going on. Thankfully, that was not the situation.
"Peter!" Claire exclaimed, as she threw her wet towel, that also contained her shower stuff (it was wrapped in a ball), on the ground near her closet, "I'm so glad you came." She said, with a small smile or happiness, at the sight of her uncle in the room.
