It's been Forty years since Voldemort's death, and the Wizardry world gone through various changes. Powerful dark wizards and witches rose and fall throughout the time period, but none of them were worse as Voldemort. Now, the only thing in the people's mind is meeting up with their friends and family, being attentive to their school and career, and may even being able to talk to the special someone they admired from afar. For those who are in powerful positions to help, and preserve the peace, who knows when something might happened to change people's lives.

A child will be born on a clear night where the moon is half light and half dark.
It will process powers and skill unlike any other since the times of old. Knowledge of magic dated back thousands of years.
Its birth will be unknown, but it coming has the potential greatness, capability to either unite the worlds, and ushered in a great era of peace long hoped...
or the power of great evil that would split the world into two. The child's path would be sealed by a great sacrifice.

On a cold night in October 1978, Seers around the world felt uneasiness, see visions of a person standing between light and darkness plague the world, or verbalize the phrase above. Such that Seers in the world experienced this fell on their knees, unknown of their true feelings relate to the experience. They are absolutely of one thing: this person will be the one who will unite the world or become the greatest evil ever walked among the Earth.
For the past sixty years, Seers from all over and both sides are in search of the one fate determined. However, word of this prophecy never passed the Seers' ears nor lips because such a prophecy hasn't been heard since the elder days, well not in multitudes through out the world. The only clue available to the true Seers are to keep their eyes and ears open for signs of the one.
While the Seers are searching for the 'Person of Destiny', the Wizardring World was at war within itself. Yet, there was still a bigger problem. The Muggles of London are not idiots, as most witches and wizards believe. Voldemort and a dark wizard, who took up the mantle of Dark Lord twenty years ago, rattle the Muggle naiveness of the existence of the Wizardring World. The Minister of Magic is on the verge of being replaced. The Ministry is falling apart and they are unable to uphold much authority hide the existence from Muggle's eyes. As power-hungry wizards competing to become the next Minister by any means necessary, history begins to repeat itself as Muggles begin to either fear magic or seek magical solutions. Now, peace and harmony is disappearing as uncertainty and fear coming in its place. What is worse is Wizards and Witches can't do a thing to stop them, for fear of actually hurt them. Is it time to run away to somewhere only we know and leave this to Wizardring members centuries from now? Or should both worlds face the problems and learn to compromise and accept. Once concept is certain: something must be done in order to restore the peace and harmony between both worlds.
